Tapas: Spend an evening like the Spaniards who have dinner late at night around 9 and go bar hopping. Learn how to prepare both cold and hot Tapas for you and your guests to enjoy.

Simple Yet Delicious Appetizers: With cocktail parties continuing to be the hot thing, and enjoying our nights of apps in front of the television....you are shown simple guidelines and prep skills to delicious and fun appetizers. Features: chicken satay with peanut dipping sauce, shrimp in a cabbage mold, stuffed vegetables, tomato bruschetta and smoked salmon tartlets.

Le Petite Gourmet- Ages 8-12- Exploring the different countries of the World, learning about food and what region they originated from, the petite chefs will learn cooking essentials by preparing ethnic foods from Spanish Tapas to Carribean Plantains. Come become a Chef with us!

Edible Art- Kids Cook- Ages 3-6- Children engage with a mix of crafts and making tasty creations, learning the basics of cooking, and nutrition with Chef inspired recipes.

Halloween Treats- Kids Cook- Grades 3 and up- Children get cooking, learning skills, the basics of nutrition while creating healthy Halloween Treats, and having fun in the kitchen!

Its Turkey Time- Kids Cook - Grades 3 & up- Through crafts, kids learn the importance of Thanksgiving and its tradition, and adventure into the kitchen to create vegetable dishes and sweet desserts.

The Holidays are coming- Kids Cook- Grades 3 & up- Kids learn the traditions of Christmas and create special holiday treats to enjoy, and take home to share with your families. 'Tis the season.
